On June 12, 2017, RSL announced its move toward increased receiving accuracy through the implementation of product barcoding. Effective September 15, 2017, all new product MUST be barcoded. 

Options for barcoding your product include:


- Have your product barcoded by the manufacturer.

- Contact support@rakutensl.comto request barcoding services from RSL at a rate of $.15 per unit.

- Manually barcode product by printing barcodes from SmartFill. Instructions to create barcodes using SmartFill: (https://login.webgistix.com/Files/RSL%20SmartFill%20Create%20Barcodes%20for%20Inventory.pdf


Please note the following:


- Each product SKU must have a unique barcode.

- If non-barcoded product arrives at a RSLfacility it may automatically be barcoded at a rate of $.15 per unit.

- The receiving process for items arriving without barcodes may be delayed, and no longer meet receiving Service Level Expectations (SLEs).
