Over the last year, Rakuten Super Logistics has been actively researching, and improving, our technology platforms. The first step will be moving our Client Services platform to Microsoft Dynamics as of February 7, 2018.

We are excited with how our internal communication will be strengthened, resulting in better resolution time to your requests. Please feel free to continue to submit your requests via email to support@rakutensl.com.

Your current experience will remain the same, however, all future Autoresponder Subject Lines will appear as, "Rakuten Super Logistics - Support Request Received: Case Number".
